Telephone Reservations

Phone reservations may be made from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. When making a telephone call, the Premier Representative will request the following information. Please be prepared when making the call.

Caller's name

Caller's fax number
Pick up date
Pick up time
Pick up location, address & phone number
Drop off location, address & phone number
Number of passengers
Number of stops, if applicable
Personalized information (Such as special needs or directions)
Billing information, such as Corporate Voucher or Credit Card
  When all of this information has been entered, the reservations representative will provide you with a 5-digit reservation number. You will also receive copy of the reservation confirmation via fax. Be sure to review the confirmation for accuracy.
